Neither the need for very high yields, nor the extreme working conditions, nor the highest environmental requirements have prevented Industrias Sanz from carving out a niche for itself in the port sector.
We manufacture conveyor belts for product movement and warehouse filling as well as conveyor systems for ship loading with throughputs of up to 1000 T/h of bulk materials of various granulometries.

These systems have up to 2 unloaders so that 2 trucks can be maneuvering simultaneously. This system speeds up the process and relieves traffic congestion on the port dock. There is also the possibility of optimizing the filling of the holds by means of mobile end belts (only the end belt moves, while the rest of the system remains static).
Flexibility in loading
For the maneuvers of approaching/exiting the ship as well as for the loading of the various holds, the loading systems are mobile, with the possibility of being self-propelled.
This equipment can incorporate filters and discharge hoses so that the process can be qualified as environmentally friendly.
